The Companies Registration Office (CRO) has announced the launch of a new CORE Portal which is scheduled for 16th December 2020. The new platform will feature a cloud-based enhanced IT solution that can allow users to import pdf copies and signed documents.
The CRO office will be closed to settle the remaining submissions before the new portal is launched. Once the new platform goes live, the old system will no longer support both electronic forms and signature pages. The signature pages submitted after the cut-off date are discarded and the company has to re-filed with the new system.
